Hope Hospice invites our hospice client families as well as community members who have used our grief support services to a Service of Remembrance . This online program, held via Zoom, is a time to come together to remember our loved ones and find connection in our shared experience of grief. Poems, reflections, and music will accompany our candlelight ceremony and memorial slideshow. Individuals are welcome to participate annually, but note that the program is largely the same from year to year.
