For people who have experienced the death of a loved one, the winter holiday season can be painful. Experiencing grief at this time may intensify feelings of loneliness from isolation, or anxiety about being asked how you are dealing with the loss of your loved one. Hope Hospice offers a fall workshop called Handling the Holidays to discuss healthy coping strategies. For 2023, the dates are Thursday, November 16, 1 – 2 p.m.; and a second offering of the same program on Thursday, December 14, 2 – 3 p.m. Call our office to register: 925-829-8770.
Although this workshop is offered over Zoom, space is still limited due to the interactive nature of the presentation. There is no charge to attend.
