Founded in 1975, By the Bay Health serves patients and families throughout the Bay Area with hospice care, palliative care, pediatric care, home health care, grief support, and community programs. As the parent organization, By the Bay Health provides strategic leadership and shared resources that strengthen the broader network.
Mission Hospice has deep roots in its community and a long-standing reputation for compassionate end-of-life care. As part of the broader organization, Mission Hospice continues to serve patients under its trusted local brand while benefiting from shared expertise and operational support.
Hope Hospice remains dedicated to serving its local communities with the same compassionate care that families have relied on for years. Its unique identity, relationships, and community presence remain central to its mission while being strengthened through the broader organization.
