DESCRIPTION:For people who are processing the loss of a loved one\, the winter holiday\nseason can be painful. Experiencing grief at this time may intensify feelings\nof loneliness or anxiety about being asked how you are coping. You may feel\ndisinclined to participate in holiday gatherings to avoid such questions\, or\nbecause you feel lost without your loved one by your side. \nHope Hospice offers this one-hour workshop as a safe space to discuss the\nunique considerations of grieving during the winter holiday season. We also will talk about how to prepare for gatherings that you choose to attend\, as well as spending time alone to honor the memory of your loved one privately.\nAlthough this workshop is offered over Zoom\, space is still limited due to the\ninteractive nature of the presentation. There is no charge to attend. Choose\nfrom one of following dates; the program is the same.
